Hello everyone:

I was walking recently in Cocoa Village, where book four was set for part of the story. As I was making my way in the village, I stumbled over the sidewalk’s blocks, which were cattywampus. I had noticed before that the block were inconsistently placed, to say the last, but being a Type A+++ personality, I was hurrying along the way.

Just as I reached a garbage can where I was going to throw some trash away, I tripped. As I fell, I cried out to Jesus, asking Him for help. My right hand was within inches of the sidewalk. Since that was the hand that I had landed on two years previously, breaking my arm and four ribs and tearing my rotator cuff, my cry was very urgent.

Suddenly, without making any moves, I was bolt upright with both feet firmly on the ground. I reached down and picked up my purse, which I had dropped. Immediately, I began thanking the Lord for saving me from falling. I am convinced that the Lord sent His angels to keep me from taking a tumble.

Scripture says: Jude 1:24-25 New King James Version (NKJV) Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.

All I can say is “Amen and amen.” Thanks be to Christ.

Best,

Dr. Sheri

P.S. If you would be so kind, please pray for two-month-old Nolan, who was born two months prematurely and who has undergone several major surgeries. Right now, he is in a NICU, with a swollen heart that kept the surgeon from being able to close his chest after his recent open-heart surgery. I know his parents Anthony and Sarah would be grateful for the prayers.
